Licensed in both California and Nevada since 1987, she is the founder of Chaffin Real Estate Services, established in 2005, and has specialized in property management since 1998. Her expertise covers a wide range of Northern Nevada communities, including Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Fallon, Incline Village, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, and Silver Springs.

Her extensive property management background equips her to handle every aspect of managing properties, from tenant relations and property maintenance to helping landlords maximize their investments. Lee Anne’s vast experience assures clients that she understands market trends, local regulations, and the unique qualities of each community. For the past three years, Jessica Miley has been the heart and soul of our office. As our trusted Office Manager, Jessica ensures everything runs like clockwork. Sharlene Cosens - Realtor, Broker Associate

Sharlene moved to Nevada in 1985 from the Massachusetts Berkshires.

With a long time interest in Real Estate, she acquired her Salesperson License in 1992, followed by her Property Management and Broker Licenses.

Sharlene’s 30+ years of doing business in Fernley Nevada has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge of the area, providing her clients the best information possible.

Whether buying, selling or leasing a home, Sharlene’s goal is to make each client feel comfortable and confident ensuring her clients a successful conclusion to all transactions.

Grace Klise - Realtor, Sales Associate

Grace’s journey into real estate is a testament to her passion for helping people. After moving to Nevada in 1976, which she considers a life-changing experience, she embraced roles in customer service, nurturing her love for working with the public. In April 1996, Grace took her ambition further by earning her Real Estate license, driven by her desire to help buyers turn their dreams into reality.

Additionally, Grace obtained her property management permit, enabling her to assist investors in managing and caring for their properties. Over the years, real estate has proven to be a deeply fulfilling path for her. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers through purchasing their first home or collaborating with seasoned investors to secure the right property, Grace leverages her vast experience to make the process seamless for her clients.
